Hi, my name is Leon Kelley of Hartford, CT. I’ve been employed by Chief Of Staff for a little over a year. Throughout this time I’ve learned a lot about hospitality, food service, being professional and many other aspects of the dining industry. I started with the intention of only working back of the house clients. A year later, I can say I am comfortable and confident in any position needed front or back of the house. Chief has taught me a lot about learning on the fly (on the job training). I always had a passion for serving others, but Chief has given me the opportunity to elevate my passion to new heights. Hi my name is Maurice Roberts. About three years ago I came to to Chief Of Staff after having two back surgeries and almost died in a motorcycle accident. I gave up hope because every company had turned me away, but Chief Of Staff did not consider my disabilities and let me run with it and now I am almost 3 years in. I’m still here thanks to Chief Of Staff.

Been working for this agency for nearly two years. For being a temporary/per diem employee can be tough but if you are open enough to work in more than one area of foodservice, i.e. just being a server or cook, then you can work nearly full time consistently. Also, because of the numerous sites and contracts they have with companies in two states, assuming you are able to do reasonable travel, can bring in the variety most people desire. Another point I love with this company is that age isn't an issue for most of their jobs. There are a good number of older workers who not only match the energy and enthusiasm of younger workers if not surpass them. I have been told that I have surprised many of them with my energy leve

I have been working with Chief of Staff for several years, on a part time basis. I needed supplemental income and COS provided a very flexible means to g et extra income. I find them to be honest and professional, and to pay on time and accurately. Also, their captains are knowledgeable and are willing to work with you, which is good for someone who is new to the business, like myself

First off, let me say I value this opportunity. I have love and respect for my bosses. Both of them grew older with me as the company did. I have learned a lot and am pleased with them and it all as the company has grown.

I believe Chief of Staff is an amazing company that is good at building a strong team, to make sure each client we service is happy. They encourage you to learn a variety of ways to serve, bartend, dishwash, carry trays, set up trays, etc. The management team is great at working with your own time and never have a problem at all.
