Once a field employee completes 640 billable hours (Please confirm this hourly number through your food service contract if applicable), you, the client, are free to hire the employee without any additional fee payable to Chief Of Staff, LLC. If you prefer an immediate permanent hire, or before the required numbers of billable hours has been reached, then a placement fee will be negotiated between you and the President and/or Director of Sales. In the event you hire an employee provided by Chief of Staff, LLC for any position within one year of the last date they worked on an assignment with you, clients are responsible for a placement fee that is further outlined in individual agreements.
Chief Of Staff, LLC employees are available to work seven days a week and 365 days a year. Our policy for overtime is time and one-half for employees working over forty hours in one week. Our holiday pay policy is time and one-half for Federal holidays, as defined below:
All other holidays are considered to be regular workdays
